RED OUTFITS

This October 2012 album marked Taylor’s clear transition to pop music – proof of this is that Taylor won both Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist and Favorite Country Female Artist at the AMAs when Red came out. Songs like “I Knew You Were Trouble” and “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”, which holds the record for Fastest Selling Single in Digital History to this day, topped charts worldwide. During Red Era, Taylor explored a more casual style, with a shorter, messier haircut and a colour pallette that favoured black, white, and, of course, red, specially in her lipstick – this was when the red lip became her signature look.
